DETAILS

We provide just the basics--full hook-ups for your RV with plenty of space to park and spread out. If you are looking for a simple, no-nonsense park with the feel of camping in the country but still close to town and OSU, we are the park for you!

GENERAL

  • Gravel RV lots with 30 and 50 amp service available.

  • Any length can be accommodated.

  • All sites are back-in sites. No pull-through sites are available.

  • We do not have a restroom/shower building or laundry facility.

  • Guests will be required to complete​ this INFO FORM prior to arrival.

RATES

  • $395/month

  • $150/week

  • $35/day

PAYMENT

  • We accept cash, debit or credit cards.

  • Payments should be made via Campspot by clicking the "Book Now" button below.

  • A window will open in which the user can enter reservation details including:
    • Reservation Dates​
    • Number of Occupants
    • Vehicle Type, Length, Slide-outs, etc
    • Electrical Needs

  • Cash payments may be made in person at RCB (324 S. Duck St. or 417 S. Perkins Rd.).  Call for deposit information (405-562-7855). Text a photo of the deposit receipt to confirm payment.

WATER

  • The park is on city water.

  • Water hoses/fittings should be properly sealed to prevent mud puddles and pooling around the sites.

  • If you see any major water leaks coming from any RV, please contact us immediately at (405) 562-7855.

SEWAGE

  • The park is on a septic tank, which will not accommodate anything beyond liquid/solid human waste and RV SAFE toilet paper.

  • Food waste, grease, feminine products, baby wipes, etc. must not be disposed of into your waste tanks or the park septic tank.

  • Black water tank valves should remain closed until the tank is full to ensure proper operation and emptying of the tank.

  • We do not have a dump station available to the public.

TRASH

  • Trash must be secured in trash bags before going in the dumpster and no bulk trash.

  • The dumpster is emptied twice per week.

  • Trash should not be left outside at RV sites.

LAUNDRY

  • Laundry Express (~1 mile east on Highway 51): 2319 E 6th Ave, Stillwater, OK 74074

  • Spin City Laundry (near Walmart Supercenter): 809 E Virginia Ave, Stillwater, OK 74075

  • No clotheslines are permitted outdoors in the park.

PETS

  • Pets are welcome. Dogs are restricted to certain breeds as required by insurance, though. Excluded breeds are Pit Bull, Doberman Pinscher, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Chow, Great Dane, Akita, Siberian Husky, Presa Canario, Alaskan Malamute and wolf-hybrids.

  • Dogs that are known to be aggressive or bite are also not allowed, regardless of breed.

  • All service dogs are welcome.

  • All dogs must be quartered indoors. Dogs must be supervised and leashed when outdoors and must spend the night indoors.

  • No pens or tied-off leashes are allowed.

  • No livestock or poultry.

MAIL

  • Mail service must be set up as a P.O. Box for any long-term guests needing a mailing address. Local delivery to the RV park is unavailable.

VEHICLES

  • Additional vehicles or utility trailers are welcome with prior approval.

TORNADO

  • A storm shelter is on-site for severe weather.

​

WINTERIZING

  • Your water hose and fittings must be insulated to minimize the risk of freezing.

  • Hoses should be covered in a heated hose cover.

  • Fittings at the ground and at the RV should be wrapped with foam insulation and/or a foam faucet cover cut as necessary to accommodate the hose.

  • Faucets should be left dripping when temperatures drop below 32°F to minimize the risk of freezing.

  • Guests should stay especially aware of temperature changes in the Fall and winterize their RVs as soon as freezing becomes a risk.
